From this view, you can manage all key aspects related to the configuration and operation of Comply in your store. You’ll have access to approved documentation, the ability to switch between test and production environments (Verifactu only), manage the use of metaobjects (Shopify Plus only), and validate the necessary permissions for integration with Shopify.

Approved Documents

By law, we must display the following documents so you can access them at any time:

  • Comply Declaration of Responsibility: A document in which Comply affirms, under our responsibility, that the system complies with all legal, technical, and functional requirements as established by current fiscal legislation, including the Spanish General Tax Law, Royal Decree 1007/2023, and Order HAC/1177/2024.

  • Shopify Declaration of Responsibility: A document in which Shopify affirms, under its responsibility, that the system complies with all legal, technical, and functional requirements as established by current fiscal legislation, including the Spanish General Tax Law, Royal Decree 1007/2023, and Order HAC/1177/2024.

  • Signed Authorization of Representation (Verifactu and TicketBAI only): A document digitally signed by the legal owner or representative of the company, authorizing Comply (DAP Consulting SL) to submit invoices to the Spanish Tax Agency or relevant Regional Tax Authorities on their behalf. This document was signed and validated during onboarding using a qualified electronic certificate.

The date and time of the authorization signature will also be displayed.

VERIFACTU Environment Settings

This section is visible only if you selected Verifactu as your fiscal regime during initial setup.

Here you can view the current environment status (Production or Test):

  • In Test Mode: Comply operates in the sandbox environment provided by the Spanish Tax Agency, exclusively intended for technical verification of e-invoicing compliance under Verifactu regulations.

  • You can switch to the Production Environment at any time by clicking the "Activate production environment" button. From that moment, issued invoices will be legally valid and automatically submitted to the AEAT.

Note: Activating the production environment is not required until January 1, 2026.

Invoice Metaobjects (Shopify Plus only)

Comply can automatically store invoice data as metaobjects within Shopify. This feature enables further integrations (e.g., with automations or third-party apps) using the metaobjects/create webhook.

You can enable or disable this functionality from this section.

Shopify API Access Permissions

When installing the app, Comply requests specific access permissions required to function properly. If, for any reason, these Shopify API permissions are altered, we’ll notify you in this section.

  • If everything is correctly configured, you’ll see the message: “All required permissions are authorized.”

  • If there are missing permissions, you will be alerted here.

Comply Version

This section shows the current version of the Comply app installed in your store. This information is useful for technical support or to verify that you're using the latest available version.
