From this view, you can manage all the key aspects of Comply's setup and how it works in your store.
Here you can access approved documents, switch between test and production environments (Verifactu only), manage the use of metaobjects (Shopify Plus only), and check the permissions required for the Shopify integration.
Approved documents
By law, we include the following documents here, always visible, so you can check them whenever you need to:
Comply compliance statement: a document where Comply states, under its own responsibility, that the system meets all the legal, technical, and functional requirements of current tax regulations, including the General Tax Law, Royal Decree 1007/2023, and Order HAC/1177/2024.
Shopify compliance statement: a document where Shopify states, under its own responsibility, that the system meets all the legal, technical, and functional requirements of current tax regulations, including the General Tax Law, Royal Decree 1007/2023, and Order HAC/1177/2024.
Power of representation signature (Verifactu and TicketBAI only): a document digitally signed by your company's owner or legal representative, authorizing Comply (DAP Consulting SL) to submit invoices to the Tax Agency or the Provincial Councils on your behalf. You signed and approved this document during registration, using a qualified electronic signature.

Verifactu environment settings
This section only appears if you selected Verifactu as your tax regime during initial setup.
Here you can see your environment's current status (Production or Test):
Test mode: Comply runs in the test environment enabled by the Tax Agency, used exclusively to verify technical compliance with Verifactu's e-invoicing requirements.
You can switch to the Production environment at any time by clicking "Activate production environment." From that point on, your invoices become legally binding and are actually sent to the AEAT.
Note: the deadline for activating the production environment depends on your business type:
January 1, 2027 if you're subject to Corporate Income Tax
July 1, 2027 if you're a sole trader, small business, or another entity not subject to that tax.
Invoice metaobjects (Shopify Plus only)
Comply can automatically save invoice data as metaobjects within Shopify. This lets you build further integrations, for example with automations or external apps, using the metaobjects/create webhook.

Shopify API access permissions
When you install our app, we request specific access to your store so Comply can work correctly. If that access to Shopify's APIs changes for any reason, we'll notify you in this section so you can re-authorize it.
If everything's in order, you'll see the message "All required permissions are authorized."
If any permission is pending, we'll let you know here.
View your invoices from Shopify orders
Besides checking them in Comply, you can see linked invoices directly on each order in your Shopify admin. Learn how in Your invoices, visible from Shopify orders.
Comply version
Here you can check the current version of the app you're using. This number is useful if you need technical support or want to confirm you're running the latest version.
