Comply is the fiscal compliance solution built specifically for merchants using Shopify POS in Europe. Its core purpose is to ensure that every transaction is registered, validated, and reported in full accordance with applicable legal frameworks—both at the national and regional level.

Acting as a fiscalization gateway, Comply automatically embeds jurisdiction-specific legal requirements—such as QR codes, chained hashes, or mandatory invoice formats—into every POS transaction. This enables merchants to meet regulatory mandates like Verifactu and TicketBAI, as well as other real-time reporting or e-invoicing obligations, without additional overhead.

Technical, legal, and operational compliance—all in one place

From national legislation to regional tax frameworks, Comply handles the full spectrum of regulatory complexity for you. Each receipt or invoice generated through the POS is validated and legally archived in real time—requiring no manual processes or technical knowledge from the merchant.

A native integration with Shopify POS

Developed by Storelink in collaboration with Shopify, Comply integrates seamlessly with your Shopify POS environment. It is fully compatible with:

  • Multiple POS terminals and retail locations,

  • Offline functionality for uninterrupted sales,

  • Centralized fiscal activity monitoring via Shopify Admin,

  • Transparent operation for store staff and customers alike.

Compliant with Verifactu, TicketBAI, and SII

In Spain, legal mandates require that all POS transactions be securely logged and reported to prevent tax fraud. Comply ensures full compliance with:

  • Verifactu at the national level,

  • TicketBAI in the Basque Country (coming soon)

  • Sequential invoice numbering in accordance with the SII (Immediate Supply of Information),

  • Structured data exports for submission to Spanish tax authorities (Agencia Tributaria).

In short, Comply transforms your point of sale into a 100% compliant fiscal environment—without friction, without errors, and without operational disruption.

What You Need to Know

Who is the Comply app for?

Comply is designed for merchants using Shopify POS in countries with mandatory fiscal reporting requirements. Whether you're operating in Spain under Verifactu or TicketBAI, or expanding into other European markets with similar regulations, Comply provides the technical infrastructure you need to stay compliant, secure, and audit-ready.

Comply ensures alignment with local tax authorities—without interfering with the day-to-day operations of your POS. Without integrated fiscalization, merchants may face fines, penalties, or even operational shutdowns during inspections.

Shopify POS Configuration

All order-related data—including sales, returns, and exchanges—are captured via Shopify POS and processed by Comply in accordance with local tax laws. Comply interprets these POS events and generates the legally required documentation in real time, leveraging Shopify order data, metafields, and checkout events.
