From this view, you can access all the information associated with a specific invoice. This screen provides a full breakdown of the invoice contents, along with any available actions.
Header
At the top, you’ll find the unique invoice number along with the date and time of issuance. This number is automatically generated by Comply in sequential order and follows the regulatory format according to the fiscal environment you’ve configured.
General Information
This section provides a basic summary of the invoice:
Status (Verifactu and TicketBAI only): Indicates the status of the invoice in relation to its submission to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). If the status is "Partially Accepted" or "Rejected", the errors must be corrected to ensure proper fiscalization.
Customer: Displays the fiscal identity of the customer (company or sole proprietor), including their NIF and email address. This customer is linked to the native Shopify customer on the order, if available. If no customer was assigned to the order, it will appear as “No customer”.
Billing Address: Additional fiscal data if it was provided at the time of invoicing.
QR Code (Verifactu and TicketBAI only): A QR code is available for visual validation or printing. This element is not present under the SII regime.

All line items on the invoice are displayed here, showing:
Product image (if available)
Product name and a link to the product in your catalog
Unit price
Quantity sold
Line total
Tax Information
This section displays the invoice type (e.g., Simplified Invoice) and a full breakdown of applied taxes:
Tax rate (percentage)
Taxable base
Tax amount
Total (for each tax base)
At the bottom of this section, the grand total of the invoice is shown, including the sum of all line items.
For credit notes, a reference to the original invoice is included, with a direct link and its original issue date.
Available Actions
In the top-right corner, the following actions are available:
More > Download: Downloads a file containing the current invoice and any related invoices (e.g., original if this is a credit note).
More > View data: Opens a JSON view of the technical content of the invoice. This is useful for developers, technical validation, or API integrations.
View order: Opens the Shopify order that generated this invoice.
Traceability
At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a full activity log showing the history of actions performed on this invoice (such as “Successfully created” or status changes), along with timestamps. This gives you complete visibility and control over the lifecycle of each fiscal document.
