How Comply works with NF525
Comply stores and retains your point-of-sale sales records in a tamper-proof way, meeting all NF525 requirements.
Specifically, Comply handles the following:
Function | Description |
Transaction recording | Records every sale, return, or exchange you carry out in Shopify POS. |
Integrity and security | Protects your records using chaining and sealing techniques so they can't be altered. |
Record retention | Stores your records in the format required by NF525 regulations. |
File generation | Generates the periodic closing files you need — daily, monthly, and annual closings. |
Important: Comply doesn't send data to any government authority under NF525. It ensures your sales records are complete, secure, and ready for inspection.
